My goal is for you to be absolutely in love with your new jewelry, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, require further information about a piece, or need any assistance in making a selection. While I aim to make aesthetically clean jewelry, small imperfections are not uncommon and are an indication of the human hand behind each piece. 

Shipping

Packages are shipped from British Columbia, Canada. Ready to ship items are generally dispatched within 3 business days, while made to order pieces may require up to 2 weeks. If you need your item rushed, please contact me and I will do everything I can to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates are generated automatically by Canada Post based on your location, and there are a range of services available for both domestic and international customers.

It is highly recommended that you choose a tracked service, and while I will do anything I can to assist you in the case of a delayed or lost item, I am not responsible for packages once they are in transit.

It is required by law for me to accurately declare the total value on customs documentation for international orders, and in some cases you may be required to pay additional customs or duty fees.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade and made to order jewelry, returns are not accepted. Please be sure of your purchase and double check your size.

I make my pieces with care to ensure that they last a lifetime, however if your jewelry breaks or is damaged, I will do everything I can to repair it. In some cases, a fee may apply, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to prevent damage, please follow care instructions carefully.
